I had the pleasure of taking Aaron Santas' accelerated 2 day sales training seminar april 7th and 8th of this year. I am a first year dealer and come from the engineering/ heavy construction background. Most of the information about effective sales was new to me and turned out to be very useful. Aaron breaks down the process in such a way that is easy to understand and implement. I have been using his strategies for 2 weeks now and I closed 4 of the next 7 assessments that I sat in front of. The three that I did not close needed new roofs, He really gets you to understand the psychology of the sales process and learn how to really sell the WHY. I cannot recommend the class enough.

As a new dealer I was motivated to get out and get sales, so i started using the Assessment form and the Rejuvenation Guide when meeting with homeowners. They helped, but I was not confident on how to use them effectively. so when the sales class became available I enrolled in the hopes that it would help. I am glad I did! The class not only helped me to understand how to use these tools, but also an easy framework to follow that results in more sales.I am much more confident, and that is paying off. Since the class I have had a 50% close ratio. I also can tell where I am missing the mark and know what to do about it. With a little more practice I am positive my results will be even better! I run a one person operation. I schedule the leads, perform the assessments and spray the roofs. Taking days off and spending money on training is a big deal for me. Not going to lie. When I first heard about the amount of the class, it seemed like a lot. But if I knew then what I know now about what I would actually get from the class I would have signed up much sooner. I did not realize there was a sequence to follow that would actually help homeowners get engaged and buy more. I also realized that I was not fully aware of all the benefits the Roof Maxx product and dealership that could be communicated to the homeowner to build value. Since attending class my close ratio has gone from 40 to 60% and I am confident that with more practice I will improve on that as well. In addition to the increase in sales, I am just as happy about my increase in confidence. Now I know what to say, and when to say it. This makes selling much more enjoyable. I am very happy I attended and look forward to registering for advanced training next time it is available.

I had attended a handful of the RoofCoach weekly sales training meetings a year or so ago and implemented some of the process. Was doing pretty good, but some things I still wasn’t comfortable with. When I heard about the class I figured, “If I could sell 2 jobs that I wouldn’t have gotten before, it would be worth it.” So, I signed up.
