What this training is

Certified Sales Pro (Level 1) is a four week hybrid class that teaches the
official Roof Maxx in-home sales process. It is designed to help reps:

  • Control the appointment from the driveway to the kitchen table
  • Use the Assessment Form and Presentation Guide the correct way
  • Explain Roof Maxx clearly so homeowners understand and want it
  • Present findings and price with confidence instead of discounting
  • Follow a repeatable W4 sales system that you can scale

How the Training Flows Each Week

Step 1: Online Modules (On Your Time)

  • Short, focused training videos
  • Covers the Roof Maxx in-home sales process
  • Must be completed before the live session

Step 2: Live Zoom Session (Practice + Coaching)

  • Camera-on, interactive session
  • No slides
  • No new teaching
  • You practice using what you learned in the modules

Step 3: Field Application

  • Use the process on real appointments
  • Bring questions, challenges, and wins to the next session

If you skip the modules, the live sessions will not make sense.


How this cohort works

  • Format: 4 weeks. Online modules plus 1 live Zoom session each week.
  • Live sessions: Wednesdays from 2 – 3pm ET starting February 11th.
  • Weekly time needed: About 1–2 hours of modules plus the live call.
  • Style: Held on ZOOM with Camera-on, interactive, practice focused.

What the Live Sessions Are NOT

The live Zoom sessions are:

  • ❌ Not lectures or training
  • ❌ Not replays of the online modules
  • ❌ Not passive listening
  • ❌ Not optional if you want results

They exist to help you execute, not just understand.

What happens after you register

  • You will receive a confirmation email for your order.
  • Each attendee will receive an email with:
    • Pre-class survey link
    • Login details for the training portal
    • Calendar invite for the live Zoom sessions
  • We will ship the physical workbook and script book to the shipping address you provide.

Before the first live session:
Attendees are expected to complete the Week 1 online modules so the live session can be used for practice and clarification.
